2 Years Old...

I have been wanting to do this post for awhile now, but
wanted to wait until Macey went to the doctor and we
got her stats first!  (So it is being done at 25 months, better
late than never!)  Here is the year in pictures-

The thing I can tell most from the pictures is that Macey has thinned out a ton
and her hair has grown alot!  She continues to be the light of our eyes, but
also knows how to throw a mean tantrum!  We call her Gavin Jr. quite often
because she is high energy like he is and is basically a human tornado.  She
destroys pretty much everything in her path and my day is spent picking up
after her.

She went to the doctor a week ago and her weight was 25.2 pounds (25%)
and her height was 34.5 inches (70%).  We have trouble with pants staying
up on her.  She is long and lanky like Gavin also.  She will be walking sometimes
and say "Momma, look!" and her pants will be down around her ankles.
We also discussed the redness around her mouth at the doctor.  We have,
up to date, tried 9 different medications.  Some I think are working and
then 2 hours later, her mouth is fire red and she is itching it.  We have
come to the conclusion that is mostly food allergies.  She may have a red
dye allergy which is horrible because there are 400 different red dyes.
We do know for a fact that she is allergic to strawberrries (they leave
welps and her lips and mouth turn bright red.)  The next step is blood
testing to see exactly what foods she is allergic to or we can wait until
she is older to do the skin prick test.  She also has severe eczema on her
tummy and a couple of spots on her legs.  The kids always say that her
stomach feels like sandpaper, haha!

Miss Macey has a ton of nicknames still like Macey Moo, Mae, Mae Mae,
and so on.  She answers to them all, but refers to herself as Macey or Mae
Mae.  She knows how to sing most of the alpahbet and can count to twelve
(she has been counting to 11 since she was 14 months).  She loves to sing.
Her favorite song is Happy Birthday, but is happy to sing lots of others.
Her vocabulary is HUGE!  She can say anything.  I'm not sure if she or
Gavin was the earliest talker, but Macey sure likes to hear her voice
for sure!

Macey is in size 2t clothes and a size 4 diaper.  She may be the one to
pottytrain and move out of the smallest diaper between the 4.  She
has pooped on the potty three times and then decided she didn't
like that idea anymore!

Sister is one spoiled little girl for sure!   She love, love, loves
playing anything with Riley (definitely a girly girl too), loves to
snuggle at anytime of day with Gavin, and loves for Blake
to give her rides on his shoulders!

We love our girl to pieces and wouldn't trade her for the world!
