Gavin insisted that Riley get matching pajamas
with him on our family fun shopping trip at
Kohls on Saturday night. She can be such a
girly-girl but a tomboy when the need arises.

Gavin Jr....
Macey reminds me more and more of Gavin on
a daily basis. I knew even when I was pregnant
that she was overly active and even looked like
Gav during ultrasounds. Now, at 14 months, it
becomes clearer everyday that she is going to
be a lot like him. She is such an early talker,
climbs everything, and can throw one of the
meanest tantrums that you have ever seen! Lets
hope this momma can make it through another!!!

Happy Love Day...
Happy Love Day to the 5 loves of my life!
Blake is my sweet, sweet,
sensitive boy. He is, and
always will be momma's
boy!
Gavin is my cute little monkey!
He is the most affectionate little
thing. I love his smile and his
laugh.
Riley is my beautiful little angel.
Her sweet little face makes
me smile. She loves her family
and friends with her whole heart!
What can say about
Macey Moo? She is
the funniest, spunkiest
little thing I have ever
seen. We laugh constantly
at everything she does and
says. We love her to pieces!
Handsome ( and ornery)boys
Beautiful girls
As good as it gets!

Valentine's Gifts...Early...
We decided to let the kids open their
Valentine's gifts tonight so we didn't have
to deal with it in the morning. The
boys seem to really drag their feet in the
mornings before school anymore.
Anyone that knows
Riley knows she LOVES
pigs. I finally found a
stuffed pig.
Macey was alllll about the suckers.
She is also very into her books right
now. There is one with different
baby faces that she carries around
everywhere!

Happy 10th Birthday Blake...
Today Mr. Blake turns the big double
digits 10!!! He was so excited, he woke up
about 5 this morning. That is earlier than he
woke up on Christmas morning. He opened
presents about 7:30 this morning. He got some
Wii games, some clothes and then Keith made him
sweat it out for a couple minutes and finally brought
in what Blake wanted most, a new bow.
This afternoon we headed over to Galactic Fun Zone for
Blake's party with his friends. They played arcade games,
laser tag, and ate pizza and cake.
Blake and Avery
Macey checking Andrew out
Papa even got to stop
by for a bit before going
to work
After Blake's party we headed out to dinner with both sides
of the family. I totally forgot to take any pictures then.
Blake is already plotting and planning what he wants to do
with all of his birthday moola!

Slave Labor...
Here is what we're teaching Macey to do so
we can sit back and relax.
She loves everything
about the vacumn. She
comes running as soon as
she hears it. This one was
a little heavy for her.
This one is more her size.

What To Do???
What do you do when you have been snowed in for
four or five days with just you and your four kiddos?
Well, if you were as sick as Blake was, you take a few
naps.
I have to tell you
that Blake lost 8
pounds from this
flu.
Thinking that the kids could really burn off some energy, I decided
to get the bounce house out. Let me tell you, Macey was not a fan.
This coming from a baby
who isn't afraid of anything!
Riley sure enjoyed it though. Look at this hair!
Macey was much happier to go up and down this slide.
Yes folks, she is a climber just like Gavin!
And when we were really bored we modeled Macey's new hat!
Thankfully Friday night Gavin and I got out for the first time for
a flag football birthday party at the MAC. My mother-in-law
came and watched the other kids while Gavin got to go run
off some energy. They got to wear shirts from their favorite
football team so Gavin wore Mizzou and of course I had to
match my boy!

Blizzard of 2011...
This week has been interesting to say the least.
Keith went 72 hours almost with no sleep and was out
plowing snow that whole time. He ended up taking Blake
with him on Tuesday and could not even find anything
anywhere to feed either of them. They finally found a
vending machine at about 7 in the evening and shared
a Pepsi. This was when they were plowing all of the
county Fire Stations because they were unable to
get the fire trucks out. Finally at 9 they found a
gas station open and loaded up on junk! I called
and begged and begged Keith to get him home. I
was so nervous. He had to end up plowing himself
all the way home to get Blake here.
The next day was spent inside watching lots of movies
and playing inside. That night at dinner Blake mentioned
that his stomach hurt which is nothing new for him. By 8
he was running for the bathroom and started throwing up
and it was coming out the other end too. He couldn't even
leave the bathroom. It was constant. I forgot to mention that
Macey has been having dirty diapers every 10-20 minutes since
Monday night too. She has the worst diaper rash ever.
Anyway, Blake was screaming in pain from 8 until about 3
in the morning. Riley woke up at 1 in the morning screaming and
started throwing up too. Every time they would yell, Macey would
start to wake up. Gavin came to me at 2 saying he thought he was
going to be sick. So I was going between all 4 in circles cleaning up
everything that had come out of both ends of all children. I was exhausted.
Keith came home yesterday morning and showered and let me shower
and then we on to a new day.
Gavin and Riley woke up feeling good. Blake is still puny and sick to
his stomach and Macey is still having the explosive diapers. Her poor
bottom is raw.
Gavin had to get out yesterday so he played in this igloo they built
out of the 4 foot snowdrift in front of the garage door.
All in all, I am ready for the Blizzard of 2011 to be done with!
