This Little Piggy...

Just because these little piggies are the cutest:

Macey really has enjoyed going barefoot the last couple of days
with the warmer weather.  She wiggles her toes constantly and kicks
her feet.

I really hope I feel good enough to get out in the next couple of days
to take pictures of the kiddos in their Easter outfits.  We shall see!

Branson Bound...

The boys headed off to Branson this weekend for
some Spring Break fun with Mamaw and Papa.  They
got to go to Dixie Stampede and do lots of swimming in
the hotel pool.  The boys absolutely LOVED the show and want
to go back really soon.  Hopefully I can travel soon.  Mamaw took the
three oldest to Chuck E Cheese today for awhile to give me a break.
We so so so appreciate and thank you Mamaw!!!

Cuties...

This is the only outfit of Riley's that I still had that
would fit Macey.  She is getting such a personality.
She loves her brothers and sister and her entire face
lights up when her daddy is around.  I think I officially
have two daddy's girls.

Spring Is In The Air...

Little Miss Riley looked so cute for school today,
I had to take a couple of pictures. I love putting dresses
on her lately with jeans.  She  looks kind of funky.  She has
decided she wants to wear dresses or skirts all of the time.
It drives me crazy.

I hope the warm weather comes soon and stays so we
can get rid of all of the sickness in the house!!!

St. Patty's Day...

Today has not been a pleasant day by any means.  All
four kids have colds and Macey has been screaming all afternoon.
We made a trip to Urgent Care this evening.  So far her
ears are clear and no RSV.  I just feel so helpless hearing her
cry.  I can't carry her for 3 more weeks and so the only thing I
can do is rock her and that is just not working.  Here she is while
she was happy for a moment and the other 3 kiddos.

Ready for Easter...

Blake, my little photographer, took these pictures
of Macey yesterday.  He even told me what to title
this blog post.

Riley has been determined to get the Easter stuff out the last
couple of days.  Keith got it out and helped the kids put the
few things out.

  It is getting very hard for me to sit still and let
people do everything for me.  I have been very lucky to have
such a supportive family who have been helping out soooo much.
My mother-in-law decided to clean house, change sheets, do laundry,
and help with the kids.  My sister has helped tremendously and my mom
has helped out too.  My two wonderful friends brought us food and sweets
and I am really grateful to them too. I have realized how important
family is the last week and also found out one week ago today how
blessed I am to have 4 healthy children with the state my uterus was in.
Someone must be looking out for me! :)

Uno Game #3,467,523...

Chances are if you've been to my house lately, you have
been conned into playing a million games of Uno.  Riley
is the Uno champ and can beat almost anyone.   This girl
truly loves to play.  Mamaw, Gavin, and even Macey got a
chance to play lots of games yesterday.

Crazy Hair Day...

Today was crazy hair day at the boy's school.
Gavin has waited a long time for this day since
he was always so jealous when Blake got to
do it the previous years.  So the orange hair dye
came out and the boys were happy.  Gavin had to have
a mohawk as well.

Macey and Milo...

Today we got to meet my friend Sarah's new
baby Milo.  He is a week old and smelled sooo
good.  What a difference three months makes.  Look
at the difference between Milo and Macey.

Riley had the best time playing with Trashcan (Riley's
name for Milo and Agnes' dad).  Agnes was very
excited to play with Riley but was really excited about
Macey being there.  Here are the big sisters:

"Special" Friend...

Aunt Mandy got to go to the boy's school on Monday
for special friend and family day.  They used to call it
grandparents day, but changed it to include any family
or friends.  Mandy started out in Gavin's class.  They had
to draw a picture of each other and write about each other.
Mandy wrote "I love Gavin because he makes me laugh and
is silly."  His teacher walked by and said that was totally the
truth.  I saw another parent later on and she told me what a charmer
Gavin is.

Mandy then went on to Blake's class.  They got to look at the
non-fiction report that Blake is working on about Pearl Harbor.
They could do their reports about anything and that is what he
picked.  He is a little obsessed after watching the movie.  Blake's
teacher was our neighbor growing up.  My sister actually used to
babysit her.  Small world, huh!  Mandy took the boys out for ice
cream when they left and of course they think she is the best thing ever!

3 Months...

Today I had Macey's pictures taken at JcPenney's since she
turned 3 months old.  I'm not usually that on the ball, but my
surgery is next Monday and didn't know when I would get another
chance.  The first two are my favorite.  Macey is definitely starting
to look just like Riley. Macey is currently in a size two diaper(just switched),
is in mostly 3-6 month clothes (although she can fit in some 6-12 month
she is sooo long), and is sleeping through the night!!!YIPPEE!!!  She
goes to bed between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m. and wakes up between 7:00
and 7:30 a.m.  Her nicknames are still Macey Mae, just Mae, and Miss
Macey Moo-Moo.  We love this little chunky monkey to pieces and
cannot imagine our lives without her.
