Halloween 2012...

The kids looked so cute Halloween morning that first up
were pics before school.  Of course Blake leaves at the crack
of dawn, so he wasn't included.  :(

This year I only had two class parties to be at at once, so it was a little easier.
I was lucky that Keith showed up and helped me out anyway.  Riley was so
excited about her rice krispie apple that she made (I had to bring a monstrous
batch of red rice krispie treats to her class so they could turn them into apples).

Riley and her bestie, Madison

Macey preferred to hang out in Gavin's class with her buddy, Caleb.
These two have an arranged marriage whether they like it or not!  :)

Gavin and his best friend Caden not only had on matching shirts, but they also
picked the same color glo-necklace and wore them in this interesting way!

After a quick trip home to change into costumes, we were back out the door to
eat dinner and then go trick or treating in the Cascades with all of our friends.
This was the first year that we let Blake go off by himself with some friends.
Sniff, sniff!

Macey the ladybug...

Riley the bumblebee...

Gavin as Troy Polamalu from the Pittsburgh Steelers (yes, this child comes up
with this stuff all on his own!)

Blake as Chris Carpentar from the Cardinals

This is our whole group that we trick or treated with!

After we trick or treated we stopped by to see Avery (clown) and Andrew (inmate)
and to count candy as is the tradition every year!

And let's not leave out how cute our other cousins looked...Hunter the
monkey who LOVED his costume...not!

And Bella our little 50's Jitterbug girl...

Crazy Hair Day...

Gavin was voted to be on Student Council this year and
we are super proud of him, but the number 1 thing he
had on his agenda was getting CrAzy HaiR DaY voted
back in!  So the first school wide celebration was indeed
that!  He refused a haircut for a month in anticipation of
having a mohawk and knew exactly what his hair should
look like!

Riley on the otherhand decided she wanted something a little more difficult.
She wanted her hair to look like Cindy Lou Who off the Grinch.  Well, that
was off the difficulty scale for this momma, so thanks to Pinterest we went
with the bunhawk!

And Macey had to be included so she had 4 pigtails instead of two!!!

Peachtree Farms...

We ventured to Peachtree Farms this year on the last
weekend it was open.  My sister and brother and their
spouses had never been so we ended up going with them.
They all had fun, but it was COLD!

Cameron and Michelle

The Dugan Family (and Keith stroller sitting in the background)

My four cuties!

Yep, that's crazy Gav in a tree!

Carving Our Pumpkins...

We have been so busy that we finally got our
pumpkins carved on a rainy night that football
practice was cancelled.  Blake decided this year
that he didn't want to participate, but I was able
to bribe him into taking a picture with the finished
products!

"Ewwwww, yucky Bubba!"

"I no want to touch it!"

Keith was just a little nervous about Gavin having a knife!  :)

And while we were in the pumpkin carving spirit, the next day I
went and carved a very special pumpkin for Hunter.  He was not
thrilled with his momma's brilliant idea!

"This is mortifying!"

"Nope, don't like it any better sitting on the ground!"

Atleast Macey got some enjoyment out of our fall setup!
