5th grade last week. I was a mess, worrying about whether I
would start bawling and make a complete fool out of myself.
I made it to the end before I teared up.
All of the little kids wanted out of class to see Blake
graduate and even Bella came to watch. We were all so
proud of Blake and the job he has done all through his
elementary years at Rockbridge. Hands down, I could
never ask for a better school for my kiddos!
First thing in the morning he opened a card and gift
from us. The child needed nothing, but wanted his
own wood bat for a tournament he is playing in, so
he was beyond excited!
We also had to get a pic of the last day of school as a 5th grader, a second grader,
and a kindergartner. Seriously, where has the time gone???
Once we got to school, the graduation started pretty quickly. I snapped as
many of Blake's friends coming in as I could. Quinncee and Macy were first.
Taylor is such a sweet girl...
Blake and Jordan ( I thought I had more pics of friends, but I guess not. =(
Blake looked so handsome sitting during the graduation. Blue is definitely
his color!!!
Moms are so embarrassing! I couldn't help it! =)
Blake and his teacher, Miss G.
After graduation the kids went out to the pavillion for a picnic! I just love
all of the kids Blake graduated with (especially the girls). Blake and Quinncee
had to have their picture together. We can't break tradition. We will need all
of these pics for the wedding slideshow one day. =)
Blake and his class-
And no matter what, the big kids were always so nice to Riley. She loved the girls and they loved
her. She got invited to some of the same birthday parties as Blake did. They are all such sweet
kids and I will dearly miss not seeing them everyday!
